About Us

This site and the Embroidery Toolbar were developed by Mickey and Carol Chandler, of Whizardries, Inc. Yes, we are the same Mickey and Carol Chandler who run Stitchery Mall. Whizardries was incorporated in 2003, and is located in Center, TX.

Mickey is currently working on his MS in Computer Informations Systems from Tarleton University, and Carol has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She has been working as a computer programmer since 1995, specializing in database applications, and then database driven web sites.

Our introduction to the embroidery world happened through friendship with AuntyM, who sparked our interest enough to build and run Stitchery Mall. We hope that you have heard of us, or know someone who has, and believe that we are trustworthy.

About the Toolbar

The Embroidery Toolbar is an extension to your web browser. Browser extensions can be dangerous and powerful things. All that our Toolbar does is what is obvious... provide links to new designs. We do not ask you for any personal information unless you are a digitizer who wants to put design links on the toolbar, and do not do any sneaky spying or tracking. When you install a Toolbar, it generates a unique Toolbar ID that is stored in in our database and your computer's registry. That is how we can track your preferences. But, we don't know that you want to see designs from 3 particular digitizers, just that Toolbar number {1262EBCA...} does.
